Theraglee Match Mode · For therapists

You reach out first. They reply only if interested.

Here's exactly what happens, step by step — no surprises.

The member's side

What they do before you ever see a card.

1

They turn Theraglee Match Mode on.

A Theraglee member switches it on from their dashboard or account settings. It's off by default — nobody is in the pool unless they choose to be.

2

They answer a few questions.

A pseudonym, their age range, their gender (they can prefer not to answer), up to three topics they want help with (like stress, anxiety, or burnout), whether the sessions are for an individual, a couple or a family, whether they prefer in-person or video sessions, and how they plan to pay.

Your side

What you see on your practice dashboard.

3

Matching members appear as pseudonymous cards.

Each card shows the member's pseudonym, age range, gender, general topics, whether the sessions are for an individual, a couple or a family, session preference, insurance plan (or that they'll pay out of pocket), and the first three digits of their zip code so you know they're nearby. You see only the members who match your profile: the ages and genders you see, your specialties, who you see, the insurance plans you accept (a member paying out of pocket matches everyone), and your location. A member open to video sessions can be reached by therapists anywhere in their state. That's all.

4 · What you never see at this stage

Their identity stays theirs until they reply.

  • Their name
  • Their full zip code or exact location
  • Their photo
  • Their email address or any contact information
  • Their journal, quiz results, worksheet answers, or anything else in their private dashboard

First contact

One message, through Theraglee.

5

You send a brief introductory message.

If a card looks like a good fit for your practice, you write to the member from your dashboard. Your email address stays private, and so does theirs.

6

They reply only if they're interested.

The member reads your message in their Theraglee inbox. If they reply, the reply carries their real name and you can write back to arrange a first session. If they're not interested, you never hear from them — and you never see their identity.

Common questions

What experienced clinicians ask before they trust a new system.

Can members see my information?

Yes — your public listing profile, the same one anyone can find in the directory. Your own phone number and email address are never shown; calls and messages reach you through Theraglee.

What if I get too many cards?

Every card says up front which topics the member wants help with, their session preference and the area they live in, so you can tell at a glance which ones fit your practice. You can also show only members whose insurance plan you accept. There is no obligation to reach out to anyone.

Is this a referral service?

No. There's no referral fee, no per-contact charge, and no obligation. It's part of your flat listing membership.

What about privacy?

Member information is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train AI. Read our privacy promise.

When does Theraglee Match Mode open for me?

Once your license is verified and your membership is active, your listing goes live and the members waiting to hear from a therapist appear on your dashboard.

Ready to meet the members waiting for you?

One flat rate of $29/month or $290/year, or $20/month locked in as a founding therapist. No per-session fees, ever.
