Anxiety quiz: a five-minute check-in on how anxiety shows up for you

Theraglee's anxiety check-ins are short, plain-language quizzes that help you notice where anxiety actually turns up in your day: in your body, before a decision, in a room full of people, or in the hours before something you are dreading. None of them diagnose anything or screen you for a condition. They exist to put words to something that usually stays vague.

Which check-in fits what you are noticing

Anxiety does not feel the same for everyone, so there is more than one check-in. Pick the one that sounds closest to your week.

What you get at the end

Each check-in ends with a short written read-back: what your answers point to, in ordinary language, with a few specific things to try. Your answers are saved to your own dashboard so you can take the same check-in again in a month and see what moved. Nothing you answer is shown to anyone else.

This is not a diagnosis

Theraglee does not diagnose, screen for, assess for, or treat any condition, and a check-in here is not a clinical instrument. If anxiety is getting in the way of work, sleep, or the people you care about, that is worth taking to a licensed therapist. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 in the United States for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, or text HOME to 741741. If you are in danger, call 911.

Common questions

Is the Theraglee anxiety quiz a diagnosis?

No. It is a self-reflection check-in, not a clinical screener, and it does not diagnose or rule out any condition. Only a licensed clinician can diagnose anxiety.

How long does it take?

About five minutes. You can stop partway through and pick it up later from your dashboard.

Who can see my answers?

Only you. Quiz answers live in your private dashboard. Therapists never see them, even if you switch on Theraglee Match Mode.

Do I need to pay?

The check-ins are part of the Basic membership. Reading is free: every Theraglee article is free with a free account, and no card is needed to join.
