What is Theraglee Match Mode?
Theraglee (non-therapist) members can toggle ON a switch on their dashboard indicating they would like licensed therapists to reach out to them. When a member has Theraglee Match Mode turned ON, you see a brief pseudonymous summary of the member's request on your dashboard: their age range, their gender (they can prefer not to answer), the broad topics they want to work on, whether the sessions are for an individual, a couple or a family, whether they prefer in-person, video, or either, their insurance plan (or that they plan to pay out of pocket), and the first three digits of their zip code so you know they're nearby. Only members who match your profile's ages, genders, specialties, who you see, insurance plans and locations appear. No name and no exact location until the member replies. You can choose to send them a message through Theraglee. If they choose to reply, the reply carries their real name, and you can write back to arrange a first session. Members can turn it off at any time, can block a therapist with one tap, and your listing has to be live before you can reach out.
What happens if a member switches Theraglee Match Mode off after we have started talking?
Nothing changes for that conversation. Once a member has replied to you, you can keep writing back to them even if they later switch Theraglee Match Mode off. They simply stop appearing in the list of members waiting to hear from a therapist, so no one new can reach out to them.
When does my listing go live?
The moment your license is verified. You create your account, start your membership and fill in your profile; then we check your license against your state board. Where the board publishes its records, that is automatic. Where it does not, a person on our team looks it up by hand, which can take a little longer. You get an email at each step, and if anything needs attention the email says what to do next. As soon as the license clears, your listing goes live on its own and everything on your dashboard opens. There is nothing to publish.
How does the Theraglee phone number work?
Your listing shows a Theraglee number that forwards to the phone number you give us, so your own number is never published. Calls are counted on your referral stats, not recorded. The number belongs to Theraglee and is withdrawn when your listing ends.
How do messages reach me?
People write to you through a contact form on your profile. The message is routed to you without your email address being shown. You reply from your own inbox, and they still never see your address.
Is there more than one level of membership?
No. There is one flat membership rate for every therapist, billed monthly or yearly, and it includes everything on this page. There are no tiers, no add-ons, and no fee per contact. Billing starts from your practice dashboard once your account exists.
How do I cancel my membership?
From your practice dashboard, open the Membership tab and click Cancel/Manage membership. That opens a secure billing page where you can cancel, switch between monthly and yearly, or update your card. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and your dashboard shows the date your membership ends. When it ends, your listing comes down automatically and the clinician library and Theraglee Match Mode close. You keep your inbox and your referral history, and you can restart from the same tab whenever you like.
