Are you a therapist?
Therapist membership is a separate account with its own sign-in page and one flat price. It covers a verified listing, a protected phone number, referral stats, Theraglee Match Mode requests and the clinician library. None of it is part of the member plans above.

Is any of this therapy?
No. Theraglee is educational and supportive only, and nothing here diagnoses or treats a condition. The directory is there when you want licensed care.
What is Theraglee Match Mode?
A toggle switch on your dashboard that lets Theraglee therapists know you are interested in them reaching out to you to set up an appointment for therapy. You don't have to contact them — they contact you. When you turn the switch ON, we ask you for a few details, and that is all Theraglee therapists in your area can see: a pseudonymous profile with your age range, your gender (you can prefer not to answer), the broad topics you want to work on (like anxiety or burnout), whether you prefer in-person, video, or either, your insurance plan (or that you'll pay out of pocket), and the first three digits of your zip code so they know you're nearby. Something like "35–44 · seeks help with anxiety · seeking video sessions · has Aetna insurance · in the 902xx area". Not your name, and not your exact location. Theraglee therapists contact you by sending a message to your Theraglee inbox, and you decide whether to answer. If you reply, you'll be prompted to share your real name, and it goes to that one therapist only. They never see your email address, your journal, your quiz results, your worksheet results, or anything else in your private dashboard. The toggle switch is OFF by default, one tap hides your profile again whenever you like, and you can block any therapist with one tap.
What happens to my journal and quiz history?
It stays yours and private to your account. Downgrading never deletes it — it just locks the tools that created it until you upgrade again.
